Welcome to Blue River Learning Center. By registering for the 40-Hour Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Training Course, participants agree to the following terms and conditions.

Registration and Payment

Full payment is required to reserve a seat in the course unless otherwise stated in writing by Blue River Learning Center. Registration is completed on a first-come, first-served basis. Space is limited.

Attendance Requirements

Participants are expected to attend all scheduled training sessions in order to receive a certificate of completion for the 40-hour training course. Partial attendance may result in denial of course completion documentation.

Participants are responsible for arriving on time and attending all scheduled instructional hours, including the final training day.

Course Completion

Completion of this course signifies that the participant has completed the 40-hour training requirement associated with the RBT credential pathway as outlined by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). Completion of this course alone does not grant certification or credentialing as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).

Participants are solely responsible for meeting any additional BACB requirements, including but not limited to:

• Competency      assessments 
• Background      checks 
• Examination      requirements 
• Application      procedures 
• Ongoing      BACB eligibility requirements 

Blue River Learning Center does not guarantee BACB certification, employment, or passing examination results.

Participant Conduct

Participants are expected to behave professionally and respectfully toward instructors, staff, and fellow participants. Disruptive, threatening, discriminatory, or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the course without refund.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.

• Cancellations      made 14 or more days before the course start date may receive a refund      minus any administrative or processing fees. 
• Cancellations      made less than 14 days before the course start date may be non-refundable.      
• Failure      to attend the course without prior written notice will be considered a      forfeiture of registration fees. 
• Blue      River Learning Center reserves the right to cancel or reschedule courses      due to low enrollment, instructor emergencies, weather, or unforeseen      circumstances. In such cases, participants may be offered a transfer to a      future course or a refund. 

Training Materials and Intellectual Property

All course materials, presentations, handouts, videos, and instructional content are the intellectual property of Blue River Learning Center and may not be copied, distributed, recorded, reproduced, or shared without written permission.

Technology and Recording

Unauthorized audio recording, video recording, photography, or livestreaming of the course is prohibited unless explicitly approved by Blue River Learning Center.

Liability Waiver

Participants understand that this course is educational in nature. Blue River Learning Center shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from participation in the training.

Privacy

Participant information collected during registration will be used solely for course administration, communication, certification documentation, and related educational purposes.

Policy Changes

Blue River Learning Center reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Updated policies will be communicated through official course registration or website channels.

By registering for the course, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
